Hey folks, it’s been a busy year so far and there's no sign of slowing down!!

I'm paying the LIVE AT 5 folks a visit on Monday August 21st (WBIR-TV Channel 10). It seems someone down there is in need of harmonica lessons. I've been asked to show Russell and Beth some fundamentals in the art of harp playing. Sounds like a fun time. Try to tune in.......MC

Big River, The Adventures of Huck Finn

Step back in time with Roger Miller's adaptation of Mark Twain's Huckleberry Finn. Come ride down (the big muddy) river with all the great and crazy characters and sing along to the great musical score. Watch this award winning play transform in front of your very eyes.

The play runs from Friday April 13th through Sunday the 30th. Bring the family and relive this great piece of Americana. Directed by the talented Casey Sams and multi-talented musical director Terry Silver Alford. It's an incredible local effort that needs to be seen by all.
hope to see ya...
peace, mc

The Highland Rovers and Crawdaddy

the rovers are a rockin'

A great and exciting band of Connecticut gypsies passed through Knoxville the day after St. Paddy's day. They brought a night full of sing-along fun, as well as a long lost friend (Michael Ryan) back to town. If you get a chance check out their web- site and give their music a hard listen. Tom and the boys are a pleasure to the ear. Great vocals and songwriting too!!

stars fell in lower ALA.

The recent trip to Gulf Shores ( Stars fell on Alabama ) was very magical and entertaining.

We (the TALLDADDY gang) managed to make some new friends and catch up with some old ones too!

We played the "LIVE BAIT" in Orange Beach on Thursday to a very happy and enthusiastic crowd. The Calypso nuts (http://www.calypsonuts.com/ ) joined us on stage for several songs including our closing number.
